If you purchased a product on our website, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e., decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalty, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
a) in the case of an order for a single product, from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods;
b) in the case of an order for the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (to the following address: "fazzini.seller.esp@t-data.it" of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by email). To this end, you can use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the page.
T- Data S.r.l. (“T- Data S.r.l.”) also offers you the option to withdraw online by completing and submitting the appropriate online "contact us" form and selecting "return request" as the reason for contact. If you exercise your withdrawal online, T- Data S.r.l. will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request. Please note that you may be asked to indicate, if you wish, the reason for the return; this indication is not mandatory; failure to indicate the reasons for the withdrawal will therefore not be considered valid. will have no consequences on the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We also inform you that, in all cases of right of withdrawal, regardless of the method used, T-Data S.r.l. will send you an email with the return instructions to follow in order to allow the process to be processed. We also ask you, if possible, to place the returned product in its original packaging. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract and have complied with the conditions required for exercising the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us in relation to the returned product, including delivery costs, if applicable, and with the exception of partial withdrawals from multiple orders, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned product, at the Our warehouses at the address indicated. In the event of partial withdrawal from multiple orders, shipping costs will not be refunded, as they are attributable to the delivery of the products for which you have not exercised the right of withdrawal. Their amount does not depend on the number of products ordered or their weight, but is calculated as a fixed amount that is independent of these factors. However, shipping costs will be refunded if the withdrawal concerns all products in the multiple order. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to make a return, follow these steps:
- Go to the Contact Us page in the footer.
- In the online form, select "return request" as the reason for contact.
- Enter the requested information.
- After proper verification, you will receive an email containing the instructions for returning the item.
Please follow the instructions carefully. You can print the email, insert it in the package, and send it along with the accessory you wish to return. Once we receive your package and inspect the product, we will refund the returned item.
